  • 1 whole chicken (45 pounds)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Fresh herbs (thyme and rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped herbs until well combined.
