Mango Lassi is a creamy and refreshing Indian yogurt drink blending ripe mangoes and yogurt, perfect for hot days.

- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped mangos, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and cardamom powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if necessary; blend again to mix.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Serve in glasses, garnished with a sprinkle of cardamom or diced mango.
