Description

Mango Lassi is a creamy and refreshing Indian yogurt drink blending ripe mangoes and yogurt, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mangos, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and cardamom powder.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if necessary; blend again to mix.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve in glasses, garnished with a sprinkle of cardamom or diced mango.
