- Yellow Onion
- Dill Pickles
- Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Burger Buns

Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground halal beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into thick patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Grill patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
- Add sliced onions to the grill in the last minute of cooking until softened.
- Toast burger buns on the grill, then layer with lettuce (if using), patty, pickles, and grilled onions.
