Description

Indulge in juicy halal beef burgers topped with tangy pickles and caramelized onions, perfect for your next backyard barbecue.


Ingredients

  • Ground Halal Beef (80/20)
  • Yellow Onion
  • Dill Pickles
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Burger Buns
  • Optional Toppings: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground halal beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into thick patties slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
  4. Add sliced onions to the grill in the last minute of cooking until softened.
  5. Toast burger buns on the grill, then layer with lettuce (if using), patty, pickles, and grilled onions.
  6. Serve on a platter with extra pickles and enjoy.
