- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
