  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 6 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse lentils under cold water.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until translucent.
