- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1 cup vegan kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup green cabbage, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water until a smooth dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest.
- In another bowl, mix kimchi, cabbage, carrots, green onions, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Roll out small pieces of dough into circles (about 3 inches wide).
- Place one tablespoon of filling in each circle's center. Fold and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Steam dumplings for 10-15 minutes or pan-fry until golden brown.
