  • 1 pound ground beef or chicken (halal-certified)

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bell peppers by slicing off the tops and removing seeds carefully.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Add ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in cooked rice, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  5. Stuff each pepper with the meat mixture and top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce around them for moisture.
