  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine finely chopped chicken breasts and minced garlic.
  3. Add in breadcrumbs, heavy cream, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer patties to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
