Decadent Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookies are a luscious treat, blending rich cheesecake flavors with gooey salted caramel for an irresistible dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Eggs
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Cream Cheese
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Sea Salt Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  3. Blend in softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Swirl in half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle sea salt flakes into the dough.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to drop portions onto prepared sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain slightly underbaked.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before drizzling remaining caramel sauce on top and sprinkling additional sea salt flakes.
