- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Melt butter and brush each pastry square generously with it, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll each square diagonally to form a cylinder shape and twist gently before placing in muffin tins lined with paper cups.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Brush with more melted butter and roll in additional cinnamon-sugar after baking.
