Instructions

- In a large pan, melt ghee over medium heat. Sauté the grated carrots until softened, about 10 minutes.
- Add full-fat milk to the pan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened (20-25 minutes).
- Gradually stir in sugar while the mixture thickens further; cook for another 10 minutes until most liquid evaporates.
- Mix in cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm or chill in the fridge before serving.
