Instructions
- 1. Activate the yeast: In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- 2. Make the dough: Combine flour and salt in a mixing bowl; add the yeast mixture and softened butter. Stir until shaggy.
