Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g roasted hazelnuts
  • 150g Nutella
  • 50g wafer cookies
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools on your workspace.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  3. Mix Nutella with finely chopped hazelnuts in a bowl until thick yet creamy.
  4. Roll small amounts of the Nutella mixture into 1-inch balls; chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Crush wafer cookies into fine crumbs, roll each truffle in the crumbs, then dip into melted chocolate to coat fully.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder and let them cool completely on parchment paper before serving.
