Description

Strawberry cheesecake brownies are a luscious dessert that combines rich chocolate brownie with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries.   • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar until smooth. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
  5. Spoon cheesecake mixture over the brownie base, then pour remaining brownie batter on top. Swirl with a knife to create marbling.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set; the center should be slightly soft. A toothpick should come out with moist crumbs attached.
  7. Cool completely before lifting out of the pan using parchment paper, then cut into squares.
