- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar until smooth. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture over the brownie base, then pour remaining brownie batter on top. Swirl with a knife to create marbling.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set; the center should be slightly soft. A toothpick should come out with moist crumbs attached.
- Cool completely before lifting out of the pan using parchment paper, then cut into squares.
