- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber thoroughly; peel if desired. Grate it finely and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- Mince the garlic cloves using a knife or garlic press.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
