- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Gather ingredients and chop parsley and green onions.
- In a bowl, mix the drained salmon, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide and place on parchment paper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels; serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
