- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the cooked rice, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Allow the mixture to simmer gently, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once simmering, stir in the butter and add raisins if using.
- Cook for about 20 minutes on low heat until thickened and creamy, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm or chill in the refrigerator. Top with extra cinnamon or fresh fruit if desired.
