Instructions
- Select the sauté function on your Instant Pot. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent (about 3 minutes).
- Add cubed chuck roast, season with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in carrots, potatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, and bay leaves until well combined.
