- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup halal Caesar dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce; chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- For homemade dressing, mix mayonnaise with minced garlic, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with dressing.
