  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate flank steak in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; stir-fry broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add marinated beef and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
  4. Return broccoli to the skillet; toss everything together for another minute and adjust seasoning as needed.
