- Bacon or sausage

Instructions
- Cook chopped bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced bell peppers and onions until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Whisk together eggs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet, stirring until just cooked and fluffy.
- Lay out tortillas and fill each with scrambled eggs, meat, veggies, cheese, avocado, and salsa.
- Wrap tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from one end to the other.
- For extra crispiness, toast burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
