- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Incorporate brewed coffee until smooth.
