  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Incorporate brewed coffee until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
