Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the chuck roast and season with chili powder and cumin.
- In a pot over medium-high heat, sear the meat until browned on all sides.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom.
- Cover and slow cook on low for 6-8 hours until meat shreds easily.
- Remove beef from pot, shred with two forks, and fill taco shells with beef and desired toppings.
