- 16 oz Gnocchi
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 6 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from pot.
- In the same pot, sauté garlic, carrots, and celery until softened (about 4-5 minutes).
- Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in heavy cream.
- Return the chicken to the pot; add gnocchi and spinach. Cook until gnocchi floats (approximately 5 minutes).
- Season with thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
