- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers)
- Rice or pita bread
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken: In a large bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, olive oil, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Preheat grill or oven: Heat grill to medium-high (400°F) or oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 3. Grill chicken: Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4. Prepare rice or pita: Cook rice according to package instructions or warm pita bread on the grill.
- 5. Chop veggies: Dice tomatoes and cucumbers; season with salt and pepper.
