Description

This satisfying falafel wrap features crispy chickpea patties, fresh veggies, and a creamy garlic tahini sauce, perfect for a quick and nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • Dried Chickpeas
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Tahini
  • Pita Bread
  • Lemon Juice
  • Spices (Cumin & Coriander)
  • Vegetables (Tomato & Cucumber)
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak dried chickpeas overnight in water. Drain and combine in a food processor with parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Form small balls from the mixture using wet hands.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry falafels until golden brown on each side (3-4 minutes).
  4. For the garlic tahini sauce, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and water until smooth.
  5. Spread sauce inside pita bread; fill with falafels and top with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. Drizzle extra sauce before wrapping tightly.
