Chicken Caesar Salad is a delicious blend of tender grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and creamy dressing. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for lunch or dinner.

- 3–4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 head Fresh Romaine Lettuce
- ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Caesar Dressing
- 1 cup Croutons
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- While chicken cooks, wash and dry romaine lettuce. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine torn lettuce and desired amount of Caesar dressing; toss gently to coat.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest before slicing it into strips or cubes. Add to the salad along with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Just before serving, top with croutons for added crunch. Serve immediately.
