Description

Chicken Caesar Salad is a delicious blend of tender grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and creamy dressing. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 34 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 head Fresh Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar Dressing
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. While chicken cooks, wash and dry romaine lettuce. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine torn lettuce and desired amount of Caesar dressing; toss gently to coat.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest before slicing it into strips or cubes. Add to the salad along with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Just before serving, top with croutons for added crunch. Serve immediately.
