Ingredients

- Brown sugar
- Granulated sugar
- Unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat melted butter with brown and granulated sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract until the mixture is glossy.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients without over-mixing.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, add dollops of cookie dough on top, then pour remaining brownie batter over it.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly gooey. Allow to cool before slicing.
