Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded or diced)
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • Bell Peppers (various colors)
  • Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • Halal Pepperoni (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches wide.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the rolled-out dough. Top with shredded cheese, followed by red onions and bell peppers.
