  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
