Description

Cheesy garlic bread is a delightful, crispy treat topped with gooey mozzarella and aromatic garlic—perfect for any gathering or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 crusty baguette or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a bowl; mix in minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan until well combined.
  3. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Generously spread the cheese mixture over both halves of the bread.
