  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 4 dried guajillo chiles
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium white onion
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions

  1. Toast guajillo chiles in a saucepan until fragrant; blend with garlic, cumin, onion, and half a cup of water until smooth.
